Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The newly upgraded room I stayed in was good value, even though the dining experience was not the best. The room was a good size with the typical Premier Inn layout, making it comfortable for my stay.
The hotel is in a great, convenient location for exploring locally, with clean and comfy rooms, helpful staff, and good service. The dining experience, however, has shown some decline recently. Despite this, it’s a peaceful spot for visiting family in the area.
The hotel is conveniently located for walks around the town and along the river, with very clean rooms and helpful staff. However, the dining experience has room for improvement with slow service at times. Ideal for local travel and visiting family in the area.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with good service. The location is ideal for Burnley and surrounding areas, while the dining experience is satisfactory. The facilities are decent, suitable for various needs.
The hotel was a great choice for our stay, offering comfortable rooms with a big TV on the wall and advanced warning for twin beds if needed. We felt safe and relaxed in the spotless room with a very comfortable bed after a long drive, though the small corner TV could be improved. The location was excellent, providing easy access to Burnley and a sweet miniature railway for the kids to enjoy. Dining options were satisfactory, especially for fussy eaters, though there seemed to be a slight deterioration in recent visits.
